Wills / Lasting Powers of Attorney

If the last year has shown us anything, it is that the only certainty in life is the uncertainty, so there is no time like the present to prepare you will.  By doing so you are ensuring you have done all that you can to provide certainty to your loved ones upon your death.

We will help you to articulate your final wishes and in the form of a will.

By making a will you will be in control of accomplishing your final wishes so that they take effect upon your death in accordance with what you have decided before your death.

In the event that you choose to not make a will, you leave yourself at the mercy of the intestacy rules to decide who will benefit from your estate which may not be in accordance with what you may have decided had you made a will.

In addition, should you fall ill, or become incapacitated during your lifetime you can elect who you wish to manage your property, finances, health and welfare should you be unable to.  We will assist you by preparing a lasting power of attorney giving effect to the same.
